The following items, goods, services, or types of content are strictly prohibited from being listed, promoted, or linked to (directly or indirectly), in accordance with applicable laws and standards:

1. Restricted Substances: Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, narcotics, or curative substances restricted by applicable Indian laws.
2. Human Remains and Bodily Matter: Including any human organs, body fluids, or parts, preserved or not.
3. Adult and Obscene Content:
   • Prostitution and related services violating Indian law.
   • Obscene or indecent representations of women.
   • Sexual content involving minors.
   • Adult toys or fetish items.
4. Religious Sensitivities: Items or content that may offend religious sentiments.
5. Censored or Uncertified Media: Uncertified films or objectionable content.
6. Illegal and Restricted Goods: Including antiquities, hazardous materials, explosives, pirated goods, and food violating safety laws.
7. Weapons and Military Items: Firearms, knives, or military/police items restricted by law.
8. Fraudulent and Misleading Information: Scams, pyramid schemes, spam, or deceptive content.
9. Location and Category Misuse: Incorrect listings in wrong cities or categories.
10. Sensitive and Harmful Content: Anything violating privacy, security, laws, or inciting violence.

Additional Restrictions on Classified Listings

• Securities and Financial Instruments: As defined under Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956.
• Animals and Animal-Derived Products: Including protected species and items restricted by Wildlife Protection and Environment Protection Acts.

Content Guidelines for Listings, Information, and Advertisements

• No Defamatory or Unlawful Content: Including threats, misrepresentation, or rights violations.
• No Malicious Software: Free from viruses, malware, or intrusive code.
• No Hate Speech or Violence: Strictly against inciting violence or targeting individuals/groups.

User Responsibilities and Compliance

• Restricted Items Policy: Adherence to listing rules.
• No Duplicate Listings: No repeated ads within the same category/city.
• Sexually Oriented Content: Explicit or sexual content is prohibited.

Information Required from Sellers

• Clear contractual terms, if any.
• Total price with tax breakdown.
• Mandatory disclosures and notices.
• Expiry date, if applicable.
• Full description including origin.
• Grievance officer's contact details.
• Importer details (for imported goods).
• Return/refund/exchange policy details.
• Delivery and shipping details.
• Warranties or guarantees, if any.
• Status as a registered business, if applicable.
• Physical address of the business.
• Customer ratings or feedback (if available).
• Accurate and honest product/service descriptions.

Consequences of Violations

1. Suspension or termination of user account.
2. Permanent access restrictions to the platform.
3. Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
4. Any other action per Terms of Use.
